A well-established, highly respected recruitment agency is looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to take over their Civil Engineering desk, following an internal promotion. Strong brand, deep candidate/client database, warm desk from day one.

The Role
Run and grow a busy Civil Engineering desk (perm and/or contract). Work an established client base and database. Build relationships across contractors, consultancies and infrastructure clients. Full 360 recruitment cycle. Mentor junior consultants as the team scales.

What You’ll Need
Proven billing experience recruiting in Civil Engineering, or solid white-collar recruitment experience in a relevant sector. A track record of winning and growing business. Ambition to progress into a senior/leadership role.
